The factory engine cover was somewhat confusing and very intermingled with the factory air...read moreThe factory engine cover was somewhat confusing and very intermingled with the factory air intake. Would be great to somehow reincorporate the engine cover once complete but it is molded in a way that prevents this. Overall, was a quick install. Looks and performs great!

Went together in about an hour, easy to do. Does give the stock exhaust...read moreWent together in about an hour, easy to do. Does give the stock exhaust on my GMC Canyon a bit of a growl which is nice. Will be even better when I get the custom cat back installed this summer.

Not bad

Filter is high-quality but airbox needs work in design as evidence by: 1 acrylic...read moreFilter is high-quality but airbox needs work in design as evidence by: 1 acrylic a see-through lid does not seal properly. 2 this will not work if you have a snorkel, but if you don’t, the seal to the outside is not good enough.3 using the airbox I kept throwing codes so I decided to omit it and use my OEM airbox instead. Solution? I ended up just using the intake tube from this kit and it fits perfectly with the OEM airbox. You just have to seal off the MAF sensor opening, which is not a problem at all. used all the parts of the kit except the air box and filter and that was good for me so that’s why I gave it four stars as the air tube is of a good design and quality. This intake with my Corsa cat back sounds perfect on my Chevy Colorado ZR2 gas engine.
